Project Scope
Solydoo provides Odoo consulting, implementation, development, support, and digital delivery services. All project timelines, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Communication
By contacting Solydoo, you agree that we may reply to your inquiry through email and use the information you submit to prepare project discussions, estimates, and support responses.
Modules and Deliverables
Paid modules, custom development, and implementation work are delivered according to the agreed proposal. Third-party platform costs, hosting, Odoo licenses, and payment gateway fees are separate unless clearly included in the agreement.
Support
Support availability, response windows, and maintenance terms depend on the active package or project agreement. Emergency requests may require separate approval.
Database Migration Requests
Eligibility results are preliminary and do not guarantee acceptance or a successful production migration. Customers must be authorized to provide the database, retain their own verified backups, and test every migrated database before production use. Custom modules, unsupported version paths, data cleanup, and production deployment may require a separate reviewed scope.
