Migration Requests and Backups
The database migration eligibility form collects technical scope details such as Odoo versions, database size, and module counts. It does not upload a database backup. If a request is accepted, the transfer method, access boundary, and deletion window are agreed before any backup is received.
Data Protection
We do not sell your personal data. Production deployments should store contact, order, and payment-related data securely in a protected database and limit access to authorized team members only.
